Problem loading T:V (Norton Firewall)

When T:V is loading it attempts to access the Internet at which point Norton steps in. . . all this while the screen is black. The problem is I can't set it to allow T:V to access the internet because I can't get it out of the black screen no matter what I do. I end up having to restart.

Anyone know exactly the wording as T:V will appear as a program accessing the internet so I can set norton to not block the program.

Anyone have a clue how I can get Norton to stop blocking it with the given info.

I remember reading in the READ ME something about this sort of problem. I'd look there if I were you.
