Hey guys, I have been using reverse sniper for T1. i was wondering if it is possible to make the same script for T:V. The original script was made by Vektor, and I don't know if he is still making scripts for T:V. I know in theory it is possible to make it, but i don't know how the weapons work, and how they are different from the models in T1. Let me know if there is a way, or if there is already a script out there, or even if you guys are willing to help me out Thanks.

There is no clientside scripting in T:V.

I think its the shit that bring up a mini hud letting you see behind yourself when you snipe?

No. It fires when you release the fire button, as opposed to when you click it.

You can do that with an alias.

Personally i used few scripts in t1 and t2

what if the creators dont give you good features. its a simple thing and should be alowed to be done, what impact would it have as a cheat or anything of the like. seriously..

what... there isnt any clientsidpe scripting ala t1/t2 in other popular games, and they seem to be pretty popular.

Just to mention a few:

If only it were a simple thing to allow clientside scripting of 'good features' alone, and not allow things that would be considered cheats by any rational person.

no script = no ski, no mine disc, no fast favs.... no evolution

my god, without scripting, t1 would never have been as good of a game as it ended up being, there would be no skiing, no fast faves(yay for slow ass people hogging the inv for 10 mins) maps wouldnt have teleporters, or jump pads(yeah, not many used them, but the ones that did were fun.. like xtremeski) and well yeah, you get the point

scripting should be encouraged, its not like the dev team can think up every little thing that someone would want, nor should they, because a lot of times its not something everyone would want(kill tracker, flag hud, etc)

no scripting = evil!

"kill me plz" also never patches his games, because if the creators had intended them to be played patched, they would have been released already patched..

Scripts aren't necessary in every case, as with T:V so far, but kill me plz's reply was just idiotic. Especially because the developers were the ones that provided clientside scripting in the previous two games. I don't suppose that was an accident...?
