Grappler is useful, indeed, and the more I use it the more I like it. But, it can be difficult to figure out when the line breaks, and it's happened to me probably atleast 100 times now where the line broke within a half second before I tried to release it, and ended up firing another by accident, latching on to something that I didn't want to, and went from speed 200 to speed 2...
My request, a simple sound for when the line breaks to give SOME sort of indication that you're no longer connected.
Also, in regards to the grappler, is the netcode able to be optimized so that while grappling, things appear smoother? It might just be me, but while grappling, there's alot of time when the screen looks choppy, as tho the server is controlling where I'm grappling to, not my client. It does it less on some servers, which might say something along the lines of "WE NEED SOME BETTER SERVERS"... but perhaps the code itself could be simplified a little more? ved, vet.
My estimate is 25 posts from jerks saying "get used to it" or "pay closer attention" or something similar. :)
