[BUG?] Flight ceiling causes crash on vehicle-exit

Was in a fighter, reached the ceiling and tried to exit vehicle, then screen suddently turned black, I could still see all my huds and the reticle but the rest was gone.

I'm not sure yet, wether this is repetitive or not, I'll try this again later.

also, as a suggestion, can we make the celing higher? i like being able to dive bomb things in a thundersword from 4 k up and not being detected till my bombs hit.

well then the only effective way to take out a gunship would be to fly a pod or another gunship up high with it
