Case Fans

I have two case fans on the side of my PC.. towards the bottom.. I was just wondering if they should be blowing into the case or out of the case? Or maybe one in and one out? I am trying to maximize my airflow after getting a 6800GT.

If they are right next to each other, they have to blow the same way, otherwise they're just going to cancel each other out. You pretty much want them blowing in too. Exhaust fans should be up on top since heat rises.

Anyone disagree? For some reason I thought I read something about always wanting them to blow out.
