Several of you have asked for it, so here it is, with 3 flavors for different resolutions.

http://img11.exs.cx/img11/3248/Shot21.th.jpg (http://img11.exs.cx/img11/3248/Shot21.jpg)http://img11.exs.cx/img11/715/Shot22.th.jpg (http://img11.exs.cx/img11/715/Shot22.jpg)

3 HUDs here. One for low resolution, one for medium, and one for high.

640x480 : use low
800x600 : use low or medium
1024x768 : use medium
1280x1024: use medium or high
1600x1200: use high

List of THINGS THAT ARE DIFFERENT:

-team scores color-coded (your team is green, enemy is red) and put in the bottom left
-radar made larger so you can see more on it
-all equipment moved to the right side of the screen
-energy blade thing removed
-ammo counts made larger and more visible
-text when targetting things made more visible
-carryable (flag) will flash red to make sure you know you have it
-pack cooldown thingy made a more visible blue
-larger most things and smaller some things for the high and low resolutions
-moved vehicle huds so they don't overlap the scoreboard
-i think that's it. maybe i forgot something.

To use it:

1. Back up the TribesHUD.ini file in the \content\system\ directory of your T:V install
2. Extract one of the .ini files in here to that same directory and rename it to TribesHUD.ini
3. Adjust stuff if you want
4. Radar zoom scales can be found in \program\bin\user.ini if you want to change those
5. Bind a key to cycleChatWindowSize in user.ini (ex. "U=cycleChatWindowSize") to change chat window size

if you've got problems or suggestions, either post them here or PM me

edit: I moved the vehicle huds so they don't overlap the scoreboard. Link is changed to the new file.

Where do I change the color/size/boldness of the ammo and team names?

ammo stuff is under [default_EquipmentQuantity Label]

team names are [default_teamOneLabel] and [default_teamTwolabel]

just take out the "bd" in the font names to make them not bold. (TahomaBd12->Tahoma12)

I tried to change just the ammo font size using your code from previous post and for some reason it effed up my ammo count (it says 01, even though i have like 10 grenades, same for disc)

example: http://www.drankenstein.com/ammo.jpg

The lines are added were the 2 with font stuff and 2 with shadows (enable shadow, offset 1px). As soon as i changed it back to original my ammo count started working properly.... wierd, huh?

looks like you didn't give it enough room for the 3rd character. it's actually probably wrapping around to beneath the screen. you have to specify the x-y and height-width for it

also don't forget to include the shadow color line

doesnt the T1 voicepack thing also mess with TribesHud.ini.

Can we get a combo dealy so we dont have to go digging through it line-by-line?

i believe there are instructions in the t1 voice thing to replace only the necessary parts, and it won't mess with mine if you do that.

Great job on the HUD changes, I am using it and am Highly pleased. The biggest complaint I've had is the ammo count was just impossible to read. Yours fixed it right up!

I'll give that a try tomarrow when I'm not so bleary eyed from whoring the lateral thrust thread.

i'm pretty sure all you have to change in the hud file is copy/paste over one section
