[BUG] Scrolling through weapons with mouse wheel

Sometimes when I scroll through my weapons using a mouse wheel, it locks between two weapons, for example:
When I'm in light armor using a grappler, spinfuzor, and chaingun; I scroll up to select my chaingun, and then scroll up again to use my spinfuzor. If I try to scroll up again the select the grappler, it switches back to my chaingun. It continues to only change between these two weapons, until I scroll in the opposite direction (which is down in this case) at which point it unlocks between these two choices and allows me to select my grappler.
I am using a Microsoft USB Wireless Optical Mouse (InteliPoint)
my system specs are:
512mbs of ram
Radeon 9200SE 64mb 128bit
P4 2.79gHz
Windows XP

That's a known issue, but you seem to have a slightly different effect. I'll add it to the existing bug. Thanks.
