[T:V] Mouse Lag??

Has anyone else noticed their mouse chopping up?

Every time I hold my reticle over an enemy or somebody else, my mouse starts jerking and acting really effing slow. It does it on any sensitivity whenever I'm trying to move the mouse smoothly (IE: Sniping or adjusting for an MA).

Why the hell would my mouse be doing this?

NOTE: It has nothing to do with my FPS.

Mine started out being Zoom only lag. Now it doesn't matter what weapon I have out, as soon as I come within 10 meters of an enemy with my crosshair, it starts jerking and lagging behind.

There are some options you can tweak as far as the mouse goes. I'm not 100% sure if they're enabled right now, but I do know that my mouse got a lot smoother when I set MouseSmoothingMode to 0. It used to be very jerky both in-game and the mouse cursor on the spawn map..

512mb of ram is probably too little for that system(beleive it or not). why not wpend $70 and get another 512

Uhhh..It costs at least 200 dollars for a stick of 512.

And to get 512 megs of RAM with Rambus, you have to buy two sticks of 256 since RDRAM only works in pairs.

I highly doubt what you're saying is true.

Refried, I have RDRAM. I really doubt that DDR is going to work on a RAMBUS chipset.
