So my v chat doesnt work...

I had to edit my user.ini to get it to work. No amount of reverting to default would do it.

i still have to hold it down when i hit v

V=ToggleQuickChat, think he just put that back in.

Will this also change the loadout selections or just the voice binds?

I have no idea, I leave everything default.

You can have V=ToggleQuickChat, and bind the quickchat/loadout in game to shift.

Just go through User.ini till you see V=blahblahblah and change it.
