Got a router? Ok. Then this is for you. Basically all you have to do is open up a few ports, forward em to your pc, and while it won't completely go away (I don't think I have all the ports known to me yet) - it will decrease significantly. I used to get em nearly every map, now its maybe once every 6-7 maps. Maybe its just my imaginiation, maybe it won't work for you, maybe it WILL work for you flawlessly, but this knowledge should be out there.
If a dev could edit this post and put in all the ports needed - that would be great.

Also, this same problem is present in ut2k4 (and strangely, only ut2k4 from what I can tell). If anyone can find a fix for that problem, its VERY likely to work here - but I haven't found that fix as of yet. Only these ports.
