access 2003 report question

I've recently installed office 2003 on a machine. A full install.
Yet I can not generate a report.. the wizard won't open. It says the wizard cannot be started. Try it manually and it does nothing..

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software thinking that i perhaps missed something. However no luck..

Anyone ever experience something like this?? Is there something i'm missing?

What is the exact error?

Try to open in safe mode - "C:\Program Files\microsoft office\office11\MSACCESS. EXE" /safe

Run repair via Add/Remove Programs.
