Thats while skiing, no grapple or explosions. and in 03 beta. I'm sure I can do much better in 04 and 05

On Isle there is a route that consistently touches 280.

That said, my highest speed was over 1200 thanks to a double buckler assist. I died the moment I touched the ground.

Its all irelivent, because when you get knocked back by an object, that increases your speed astronomically. I have seen my speed in the thousands, and that is usually when I get MAed or something that pushes me along. T:V doesn't seem to be able to track your skiing using the spacebar event at all. It appears that your client tracks how fast your player model actually traveled in the game, regardless if your skiing or not.
