Does it come with an instruction manual? I've never used something like this before, but I could be interested if I knew how it worked.

Mine dind't come w/ one. it was just the unit wrapped in bubbles and put in a cardboard box. It's got 2 settings... flip the switch up for high heating, flip the switch down for low heating. middle position = off.

top pops right off. and pushes right back on.

basically they say for best results just put it on the low setting and let it heat up for a bit before using it.
