Need an opinion and some help [Archive]

Here's the deal...My rig simply won't boot right now. Basically, it just sits there, screen is blank, and it's not posting.

I've tried:
A different power supply
Different video cards
Different RAM
Different Mobo

The only thing I'm left with is the CPU. I've never had a CPU burn out on me so I have no experience with what happens. Does it fail to POST? Because this seems to be the last possible thing, could the CPU be it?
