I'm wondering if that image used in the installer is just a (bad) piece of artwork. It really doesn't look like a render to me...
Could we possibly get a screenshot or two of her model from the singleplayer game? Colosus? :)

The one in the installer is the ingame or cutscene model from what I can tell, since those single-player screenshots have the same manliness thing going on.

It's cuz the lips keep getting thinner, for one......
Nose seems flatter in the install screen, and the chin seems less pointy too.
