[Request] Flagstand

Please please change the flag stands in the following ways.

I know its been covered by a couple people but i'd like to see all the stands the same just different colors so that you dont get slowed down by say the blood eagle stand.

Now the big change, why on earth are the flag stands raised so much? Half the time on a map like isle where you come in rather fast and cant hit the ground right before you grab, it pops you way up in the air and gives you some pretty signifigant impact damage. Make them flat please or change them so they dont totally negate your speed please.
