youve got to be kidding me. THIS was the "big thing next week"?

I'm doubting even file planet would call that "big", and something that "everyone" would want to get involved in. Rather, I'm hoping they're sane enough not to.

ive actually tried that game a few weeks ago, and I can assure you, it fucking sucks...

a lot of "exclusive" stuff on FP is exclusive for a reason. no one else wants it.

I still think the big thing has something to do with HL2 or EQ2 if not T:V.

As for this Lore game or whatever.. its by Garage Games, go figure. And its an attempt at Mechwarrior. It was kinda fun smashing people after they were talking shit and I've only been playing for an hour. Its funny how no one else could seem to handle the mech w/ the jets.

I have a feeling that they were referring to Dawn of War open beta coming back in limitation. It's supposed to be really big and a good game. I have the beta, but I've yet to play it more than once, not cause it's not good, but because I have this game called tribes.

Theres also the closing of the Dawn of War open beta...

Edit: oh yeah and its somewhat unbalanced (eldar win every game if they have anything resembling skill, and vehicles are overpowered).

It's so the game is featured and experiences exposure, which may or may not be a good thing depending on the quality of the game. Often a shitty game is featured as an exclusive, but occasionally good ones are as well.

FP for the past week has been putting out shitty demos and movies. They need to put something that everyone would like.

no, lore sucks more, defanetly. Maybe it sucks because theres no custom textures ANYWHERE its all the free crap that comes with the torque engine. I mean the TSE engine is out now, they COULD upgrade to it, but lazy I suppose. The game sucks ass, Id rather play doom 95.

I really would rather that grandmothers who play card games and word puzzles online be called "Gamers" than have EA put out another The Sims game.

I saw this 12 year old girl holding a Gameboy SP. I glanced at her screen thinking that she might be playing Pokemon or Mario some other decent game from Nintendo . Instead was amazed to see not some enthralling action game BUT A MAN SLEEPING ON A COUCH! YOU CALL THAT FUN!?!?!?! WATCHING SOMEONE SLEEP!?!?!WTF!?!?!?

It's not by Garage Games, it's by a (European?) group that's just using the engine. I feel I must defend GG here.

And yes the game is crappy. And they want people to PAY to play it even.

Not only that but its $29.99 or something that ends with a 9.99
