[bug] getting stuck in inventory

Have to go to specatator or suicide to become unlocked.

have you tried jump/jetting?

because this is a known issue but I haven't seen anyone need to suicide to get out of it.

I've had times where I had to suicide.

I've noticed it happens when I seem to be off centered to the left of the circular pad your suppose to be on. (from what I recall)

hmm, I've gotten stuck but not that bad.

Ya really, follow the bug posting guidelines.

This is what I'm seeing.

On a side note... I wish they'd make the circular "pad" that you walk on, easier to get on. In other words, make the model(circular pad) 1/4 of it's current height. :)

I had it get stuck really bad yesterday throughout the night. It was sticking on just about every 3rd time I went to a station. (I mentioned this in game and one person suggested "Don't go to inventories every third spawn. :lol: )

Also, I hope they are working with the 'delay' it takes just to bring up the actual inventory screen when you press "F" (when it does actually work). The delay really slows the pace down.

i tried to simulate this bug, but i can't make it happen. it happens to me quite often on Cavern and on Isle. I can't even shoot, suizide or do something else then. happens aprox. every 100th time i go to the invs...

I have it happen on every map. Mostly on Cavern and the one with the base with water around it. (I don't know the names of maps)

I know on Cavern last night it seemed like the Inv station wanted to work (it would do the animation of the computer screen coming to my face)...but nothing happened.

I already made a thread on it. Their explination was its the Anti Speed Hack code in the UT2k4 engine, and they've fixed it for the open beta. Unfortunatly I can't play at all. It seems to happen to me alllllllll too often. Everyone else is like, oh every now and then. Shit I dream of that.

i think its another bug, because this one only appears when you push Use on Inventory Station... your bug was when it happens without inventory or?

Hmm do they have a ETA on the open beta? Since it's gona be relased in about 2 months I would tihnk it will be soon.
