[T2 request] How to make Voicepacks Team-only

Could someone tell me how to modify a voice pack so that they only spam in team chat, and the sounds are only played to team mates? Example: Change this line taken from crackpack ... and make it team-only

installChatItem( 'Chatc', "Don't forget to change your underwear..every single day.", "Kunderwear", 0, false, "VXS3", false );

Clan mate of mine is making a voicepack with 'outtakes' from teamspeak ... want to use it without spaming the chat. :/
