Possible Bug: Changing skins?

I don't know if this is an after-effect of the invisibility glitch, but while playing on the Imperial side, respawned in Phoenix armour, and someone team-killed me thinking I was the enemy (even though we were facing Blood Eagle).

Sorry if this has been alerted already.
I just thought I should alert.

You sure it wasn't the secondary IMP armour?

Maybe it was, but the guy thought it too at TK'd me. Hmmf.
