Actually, it is probably because he's LEAD DESIGNER and you're JUNIOR LEVEL DESIGNER. He's more powerful than you.

Junior Level Designer and Bootlick makes me think you are like some sort of intern or something, so I figured you were like college age and got a gig at Irrational because of your older brother/uncle.

Yeah I know, the title doesn't help. I really should change the "bootlick" part, though my official title really is Junior Level Designer... so I understand.

For anyone who's interested, I'm 34 (yes you read that right), I live in Canberra (duh) and I have a Bachelor of Media degree from Macquarie University, specialising in film and video production, radio and psychology. I've been with my current girlfriend for a little over a year. I enjoy role-playing and movies.
