After having some fun with all the voice binds, I found that alot of the commands dont match the text they display.
Example:(Not sure if they are accurate exactly)
1)
Text: Incoming Lights!
Voice: Incoming Mediums
2)
Text: Enemies Northeast!
Voice: Enemies North
I found most of them to be in the shift-S menus. Though some work, it was quite a bit that played the wrong voice/text. Im using the Seti voice, but a few other players on the server had the same problem with a different voice as well. It would take a good while to make note of all of them , in each voice, so no, I dont have a full list :(
