I'm not sure if this has been reported, or if it's exclusive to Isle or not. I believe it has something to do with the Rover respawning ability.
Yesterday during a game of Isle I grabbed the flag and was halfway back to my base when I disappeared and reappeared inside my team's Rover, which was still on the spawn platform. Many people remarked how they saw me, that is to say the flag icon, jump halfway across the map instantly on the radar. When I got out from the Rover, the flag was gone. It never returned. It didn't auto return, it wasn't visible anywhere near the Rover platform, and though I thought it might still be on me only invisible, it was not capable. The rest of the map was spent without flag captures.
