Is there server software alone for T:V?

I've heard from several people that theres a lack of east coast servers for T:V... I would host one on the east coast if its possible.

ping 199.105.98.5 to check routes/pings...

I don't know how they do it. You either need your play CD or have to use your username to start the dedicated server or something.

Impulse east is usually up in the busy hours with one or two spots open.
