Got Haggis?

This has happened twice to me when starting up T:V. I've tried to reproduce it, but can't seem to, as I have not a clue as to what is causing it. Perhaps a driver issue? Anyway twice now when I have started up T:V from the shortcut, it starts up in windowed mode instead of full screen. Once this happens, and T:V loads, some textures seem to be missing or are all white. Quitting out of T:V and then restarting T:V seems to fix the problem.
I am running the 4.7 drivers from ATI with a x800XT PE. I will try several more things to see if I can reproduce it.

I can't seem to repro this - can you take a screenshot of the missing textures? Press F9.
Yeah, and please use the bug report guidelines :)

I did read the bug reporting guidelines...thats how i formatted my post...maybe i misread something - i'll go read them again.
and just to clarify....i don't have it set to start in windowed mode. i have it set to start in full screen mode - it just started up in windowed mode by itself these 2 times. i'm currently trying to reproduce it...not sure wtf caused it though.

2Click the icon, then click some other window, and it will start in window mode (basically any time it doesn't have focus when it starts it reverts to windowed mode).

thanks thrax
update: Looks like it was indeed a driver issue. Using the ATI 4.6 drivers (freshly installed) would result in this happening, as well as sometimes in full screen it would load fine...then halfway through a map the textures would change to be very pixellated. I updated the drivers to 4.7 (ati, not omega) and that seemed to fix both problems.
