[Bug] T:V "losing focus" when taskbar bar located at top.

If I play T:V with my taskbar located on the top it will "lose focus" at times. "Losing focus" can be described as pressing the '<WINDOWS KEY>+<D>' to hide all windows, or pressing '<ALT>+<TAB>' to switch to a different window. It can happen anywhere in the game, on any screen. To cause the game to lose focus, just move your mouse up to where you think the pointer would be on the taskbar, and left click.

Position: Top

[on] Always on top
[on] Auto hide
[on] Show small icons on start menu
[on] Show clock
[off] Use personalized menus

turn auto hide off and see if it still does that. that has been known as a problem in other cases as well. if that fixes it, they know what to do.

Put it on the bottom when you play T:V?

yeah, I used to be all about the auto hide, but it kept being a major problem in games so I gave it the boot :shrug:

arg, I feel like I keep posting old news. Maybe I should wait for a newer version. It still does it with auto hide off. I tried all settings with the taskbar in all locations.

By the way I've used auto hide since it was a feature this is the first time I've had a problem with it.

Are you playing in full screen or windowed mode?

what about any windows gui programs (StyleXP, windowblinds, etc). I had some trouble w/ those in the past, too.

I would have been able to post these bugs a long time ago but my 'opcode' account got screwed up and no one from tribal war has fixed it yet.

Since we're on the bug subject, has anyone seen people going under the terrain in Elmerald?

I don't run any gui-enhancing programs on my machine.

turn off 'Always on top'? :shrug:
