Bug posting and searching

I have a list of bugs to post but I'm going to hold off until I get some answers to the following questions. This is because I don't want to post copies of bugs.

The beta email I got said there was a forum called 'T:V: Beta Bugs', however I cannot see such a forum.

When I search for the keyword 'bug' using the search tool on this site, it brings up no results. Even though there are clearly two posts in with the word Bug int their titles.

So, pretty much my hands are tied. I sure would like to participate since I have put alot of time into finding these problems.

Don't worry about posting copies of existing bugs. We'd rather have multiple copies than have a bug missed. If we already have a bug, I'll lock the thread.

I have read and re-read the bug reporting guidelines. I think I got it all covered. If not, then I'm blind and I'm just missing something (Which very well could be the case!), please point it out here if this is the case.
