I have a week off from work. Was hoping id be able to play some T:V. Since that is out of the question, my next solution is to go blow $50 on City of Heroes because that game seems to be at the top of the trash heap atm.

1) Open beta sometime in August.
2) Menzo states on BluesNews that TWS attendees will receive beta for "a number of weeks".
3) TWS ends on July 25th.
4) A week is 7 days.
5) A "number of" is greater than 1. 2x7=14
6) 14+25=August 9th at the EARLIEST.

At no time has ANYONE from Sierra, VUG, TribalWar, Bittah, Jetpack.tv, TP-Euro, PlanetTribes, T3.org, T-U or any other major news source said August 1st.

FP members get a week on open beta.

Now whether or not the FP week overlaps with TWars, or TWars gets 2-3 weeks AND the FP week remains to be seen.

I'm personally hoping Vengeance will be out this week, but whatever if it doesn't.

Also, Thrax could be lying, but I doubt it. And weekends are great times to release these things, sundays aren't though. So my guess, if it's to be first week of august is that it'll be released Monday or Friday.
