I have basic Tribes2 installed, no mods or map packs, please link to most popular ones
I don't even have Tribes1 installed, I need a link to download the game, and the popular patches/mods/map packs that I will need for tribal wars

The top two are essential.
As for T1, HyperHUD, PrestoPack, NewOpts, Writer's Support, and whatever extra scripts you want.
ColorIcons and a new HUD for T1 and T2 are cool, but just perks. Custom weapons skins and explosions can always be had if you don't like the defaults.

Personally I don't think it should be necessary... but meh, I'm not gonna be there.
(and there is that little thing about DT LAN "losing" all the bases and flags...)
