T1 Map Editor Help

For some reason map editor won't save anything I'm doing. I'm tryin to make a T1 map but I can't save any work. Anyone know how to fix it?

Make sure the file you're saving to isn't read-only.

Its not read only. Still doesn't work.

It is likely that you're mapping while running a mod (assuming that you are mapping for one).

You have to map while running base, so that the mission is saved in base/missions to be retried later.

Or another possibility is that you have too many objects in your map so Tribes won't save...

Are you getting any errors besides it not saving? How do you know its not saving, do you get a read only error or is it the map the same when you restart Tribes and the map? Mapping with a Mod should be fine, Annihilation is tuned for mapping, but some mods aren't. Take a look at this mapping tutorial (http://www.annihilation.info/tutorials.php?op=show&tid=1) and see if there's anything new in there for you.

I map in base but convert to a mod later. I've been mapping for years and never had a problem like this. I know its not saving b/c when I click "Save", it doesn't make a delay like its saving. Any ideas?

Back up tribes and reinstall. Had to do this for the same problem and worked for me after reinstalling.
