Ooooooh... That helmet looks badass.
You need to make one where we can see it better :o

Nice work Pyro. I like it.

If Imperials are Blocky, Pheonix Round and the Beagles Spikey, then the Sworders are Plated? Tacky's concept is evolving rather well. Put the helmet on :)

Best medium design (taller, buffed up a bit)

The female helmet reminds me of Eva01 from Neon Genesis Evangelion sans the big spike on the top.

Whatever motiff the T:V armors have, I think you got it right with the latest light armors, Tacky. Very nice. The only nitpick I have is that the light female's boots appear to be a few sizes too big for her, and she's a little short.

Frankly, I'd say they look better than the existing T:V skins.

Longer legs on the woman and it'd be perfect. They look great :D keep up the good work

Pheonix - yellow round
BE - red triangle
Imperial - blue square
DS - grey plates
Starwolf - white cylinder?

Anyway, the direction these designs are going are awesome. Someone needs to take these and create models in UT2k4 :deal:

pretty self explanatory, the light armor for the male and female.

fixing up the male med armor. and hopefully after that, i will have the female med armor up as well. then the heavy.

These are the best so far for light armor. They fit in with the other armors very well, they don't have much armor, they have unique(and awesome) shoulder guard things, and besides not having helmets on, I think they're perfect. Good work :bigthumb:

I think for our purposes, that works well enough.

Tacky, the latest designs are perfect. They have their own unique visual flair, but they also fit with the feel of the current vengeance armours. Bravo.

I especially like the wide round collars on the armours, and the asymmetrical shoulder guards. Two suggestions: possibly add some color banding on the outer legs of the skinsuits (such as a stripe similar to the one on the abdomen), and maybe make the right shoulder plate of the male armor a little more defined. Larger? More noticable? Similar to the female armour's, in that it's noticebly different from the left one. (then again, maybe it is, it could just be the angle).

Again, these designs are fabulous. Thank you for your hard work so far.

ooh I LIKE the female light.

The Male Light is just a bit off I think... Think it's the jetpack. Perhaps something thinner...

Perhaps I'm spoiled by T1 and T2's integrated jetpacks.

Would really like to see the heavy in that style. Heavy shoulder "pads" with an evolved Imperial heavy base... not entirely blocky, evolve the block look to plates...

The female light and the male light armors look fantastic right now Tacky. I honestly can't wait to see the Heavy armor. That will be something to behold.

Keep up the good work. :bigthumb:

needed a break earlier, so started work on the light male concept. hes at roughly 2700 polys now, and still missing a jetpack, though I've got most the shape roughed in now. Still have to tweak proportions and clean it up a bit yet too.

I'm not entirely happy with how it looks yet...its fairly close, but still a bit off

It's looking nice but I suggest covering most of the face for the characters. We don't want a lot of clones flying around, do we? If you cover the top half, at least (like IG did), you can still think there are different people in the armor.

Very nice Chemeleon! :o
Two things you might want to take into account though:
1- the shoulder pads are not identical in the concept art, they are asymetrical. there is a big soulder pad on the right side, and the armor underneath is also different.
2- don't spend too much time on the head - it's not really part of the design. Tacky is still working on helmet designs. What he has posted is just placeholder stuff.

Very nice work though. very clean.
To the rest of the posts:
I warned Tacky about the big boots and shortness of the legs on the light female.
He said something about the belt being lower so the legs look shorter. I think he's gonna change that when he gets back to doing the light design again.
I can't be sure about this, but I think the male light's shoulder pad is supposed to be a bit less curved than the female, the the way it's clipped on is a tad different as well.

heads are just placeholders (although, very nice placeholders...). All armors will have helmets eventually.
