Rules on Custom Skins & T1

I'm working on a pretty large skinning project for my own personal use but I'm curious which skins I need to avoid editting so as to comply with the restrictions of 1.11
I know I can't modify the sniper rifle, and I believe the grenade launcher. I was curious if anyone knew what else, if anything, has to be original in order to play on theservers that prevent it.

So far I've reworked most of the other weapon skins, LPC/HPC skins, Station skins and some player skins. I'm moving on to the other junk provided it won't be a waste of time.
I'm working on new skies for most of the missions at the moment, which is super easy thanks to the large image archive resources I have here at work (I'm Chief of Operations at a print shop, so there is mad amounts of stock, royalty free images in our archive.)

why not just use hudbot?

Because I used a VooDoo 3, and as I recall you have to use OpenGL. Otherwise I probably would, although I like things to run smooth and don't need high res graphics to be happy. I'm mostly recoloring things, changing decals and making everything look new and fresh.
Finished a few skies today. I figured they would be a lot harder than they were. All you really have to do is find a good sky panoramic, tweak the color accordingly and break it into 128 pixel (width) pieces from 1024 making sure the last one and first one blend - which is simple with that magic smudgariffic tool. Much less tedious than my other stuff. I'll be sure to post some shots and a link to a download once I get things a bit more organized.
