[T:V] Server side questions

I have a few questions concerning server related stuff for T:V. Firstly, will the server files be released before the clients so server admins have a chance to configure and setup servers beforehand?

Secondly, I've been toying with the idea of creating a log analyser for a custom player stats scripts for my (eventual) server, does anyone know how server logs will be handled? Will everything be dumped in a text file which we get to go through and parse or will it be more refined?

Also if these questions have already been asked please point me to the right place :) Another thing on my wish list would be to create an interface that would allow me to give my server instructions from an IRC chatroom for example, I don't even know if this would be possible at this point, but i've seen similar things done for other games (i think).

Anyway all of the above are in the "it would be cool to have this stage", and any answers concerning their feasibility would be nice :)

If you've ever hosted a ut2k4 server, they use a web-based system. KP chimed in on one of the threads and said experimental took some time to implement it, so you'll be able to admin your server through IE.

Ah cool, shouldn't be a stretch then to do some neat things with that :)

I should hope that there's Firefox support! http://www.thrik.net/stuff/heart.gif

Yes, all pop-ups are blocked with Firefox. And it gets even better if you download the extension which forces all new windows to open as a new tab instead.
