A simple question: Player Stacking

With all the new announcements made recently, i know this isn't really that important, but i'm going to ask anyway.

With the inclusion of spherical colison boxes for player models, does that mean that stacking players will no longer be possible? I'm not going to cry if this is the case, but it will be something i'll miss.

Player towers are something i've always loved about Tribes. :)

Players will probably slip off each others' head. So I say player towers won't be in the game (unless of course you can stand EXACTLY on the other's head, but that's not likely to happen)

It doesn't necesarrily mean that te hitspheres are frictionless to each other, so i'd say it will probably be possible but a bt more difficult.
And if they do physics really well a heavy landing too hard on top of the tower could pop out one of guys near the very bottom...

That would be fun to see.... :)

And yeah, with careful dodging you might be able to stay on someone's head.

Instead of this:

You could have this:

I'd rather have goomba deaths.

Got Haggis?

imagine if you could grapple onto other players and get to the top of the tower that way...TOWER ON AN EPIC SCALE!

Or reverse player stacking. Get a really high platform, and have people grapple on each other like interconnected paper clips.

I was thinking that actually... but then you'd be limited by how high the tower was. :S

Ahh well. Here's hoping we can find some new fun things to do when we're not all stressing over who has who's flag. :D

(sorry to bump a relatively useless thread)
