ok so i have this MS intellimouse explorer wireless, the 2nd generation one, not the new one with the tilt scroll wheel. anyways, the small side button has gone out on it. i took it apart to find out that the little board the side buttons sit on is wobbly, is there anything tha cna be done to fix that? im not sure if thats the cause of the buttons problems, but im not sure that it isnt also :\
also is MS product support good on matters like this? would they send me a new one possibly? or maybe a new generation one?
