Removing Spyware

Ive got some spyware and i want to get rid of it. Bazooka Spyware Scanner detected the following:

CoolWebSearch.iefeatsl
CoolWebSearch.mssearch
CoolWebSearch.image
MS Media Player GUID

It has directions on how to remove them but i think they are a bit over my head.

Spybot Search and Destroy detects around 30 problems but whenever i click fix it says it fixes them but nothing seems to happen and the spyware is still affecting me. Any help would be appreciated.

i use HijackThis.exe

adaware should take care of what spybot misses.

i think cws is kind of nasty and theres a specific remover for it, let me find the link
