Wanted power supply [Archive]

I sit down to start to play video games then i smell a sent of burnt rubber and see smoke. well i look behind my rig and its the powersupply. :cry:

well this comes at a time when my car's tranny up and decides to go out on me (nothing like getting to 30mph and sounding like you just ran over tnt) i am TRYING to save up to move out of mom and dad's house and i am trying to pay bills and a fine.

well what i ask of TW is if someone has an extra powersupply sitting around that they are not using if they would be nice enough to spare. it i would be very very gracious. if they would want to sell it i understand but i cant spend over 10.00 due to all my money ties. PM me if you can help me out

i am not picky i just want to get off this craptop and play my video games. i guess it would have to be over 300W because i run a p4 3.0 9800 XT and 4 HDs

If you can spend $11 I think it was, I got mine for off of preicewatch. It's prolly crap but it's 500 watts and has a year warranty so you have time to save for a good one.
