winlogon.exe

ok.. a while back i had a problem with my homepage being changed and a bunch of links added to favorites.. i tried every spyware searching program that existed.. nothing found it.. well.. i noticed in my startup folder there was "winlogon.exe" i went into safe mode and deleted it and it fixed the problem.

Low and behold im having the same problem.. this time only worse.. it changes my homepage after i close the browser instead of on reboot.

Now i searched for winlogon.exe and it found it in my system folder.. but now im not so sure if what i found in my system folder is an actual system file or if its just an updated version of this spyware.

its technically spyware but falls under a hijack. downloead this(http://www.spychecker.com/program/hijackthis.html) but please read all instructions 1st, you dont want to delete thins you actually want/need.
