How to turn off the login screen for win 98?

I have a friend that wants to turn off the login screen for win 98, been so long since I had 98 that I forgot how.

He has 98, and he has to log on everytime he boots up, how do I get rid of that screen so it logs automatically?

go to network properties and change the logon from client for microsoft networks to windows logon? also go find all your .pwl files and delete them.
