Downloading Problems

Currently i have 3 computers on my network. The gateway is my computer, which is a 3000+ with 512mb ram. We are using a Alcatel Speedtouch USB Modem. The problem is when i try to download things from BT or kazaa, i get cut off from the internet. When the other computers try to do it, I get cut off aswell. I can surf the net and load pages easily, but not download from BT/Kazaa, whilst i can still download files from sites. Any suggestions? I have BT Openworld 512/256.
I have tried switching BT clients, to no avail.

have u tried buyin a router for like $20



yes i noticed that u do have a usb modem, u might want to get a new modem

if anyones interested i downloaded the latest drivers and it fixed this problem :/
