Mobo / Cpu question

I recently bought a new mobo and am making the switch tonight.

Is it wise to move the cpu and cpufan to the new motherboard without reapplying ac3 or other thermal goops?

or can I reuse it and reapply it at a later (asap) date?

The stores are closed around here and don't want to wait till tomorrow after work to get this thing running :(

dont reuse it. You must clean it with solvent and a paper towel or sumpin and then reapply new goop.
BTW I hope you uninstalled all the drivers for your old Mobo or you will probably have to reformat.
