I'll hazard a guess. You made two threads in less than an hour. Most of the time, no more than two to four new threads are made per a day.

In this thread, you admitted you played Tribes 1 shifter. While you may think this is a very important message that you must deliver to the community, you should note that at the time no other thread on the front of TT page was that pointless.

Tribes Talk is highly moderated and is restricted to Tribes discussion. Frankly, your thread was the equivalent of forum trash. It was meaningless, had no discussion, and gave off the impression that you were posting in Tribes Talk only because you wanted to hear the sound of your own posts and read the things that you wrote.

There was no thought or merit to that thread. So why make it?

Yogi must have thought this was obvious, so he merely warned you. The lesson? Don't post pointless drivel. :P

Now, you *obviously* knew about the LCD screens. That implied you actually read either of the threads in which they were shown. In both threads, people mentioned the blurring was an effect of the camera shooting at an LCD. So why did you make this thread?

But to make things worse, in both of those threads with the LCD screens, you didn't even attempt to post in them. Rather, you went and created an entirely new thread to point out what was known twice over! Why an entirely new thread?

So, if you're going to post, make sure your posts have a point. If you're going to make a new thread, really make sure there isn't a similar thread in the last three pages that already adequately covers the subject.

Finally, when you make a new thread, make sure you give us something to talk about. "I play Shifter!" is ultimately a non-subject, and shouldn't be made into a thread of its own in TT. That sort of thing is for GD.
