I would like to know how he was kidnapped and how you were reunited though. Yeah, Opera doesn't seem to respond well to images that large. If it does load for you you can always zoom out by scrolling with the wheel and holding down control. Use the blur tool around some of the edges of the wrinkles in his face, it should soften them up and make them look more natural.
