Scripts automate some things for players. You can change your HUD and split up the chat window. There's an instant-message script. Lots and lots of shit.

Lots of T2 servers require DefenseTurret (http://www.triben.de/dt_en.html), an anti-cheat program.

Someone hook this man up with map packs.



Classic is a good mod, and so is version2. It's even faster than Classic. It has its ups and downs.

Counterstrike has around 23 times the amount of t2 and t1 players combined. It'd probably be even more if Gamespy didn't count bots.
