Strange error on boot up Win2k [Archive]

Hey all.

lately I've been getting these strange errors on boot up.

My computer will blue screen and this is what appears.

STOP 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0xEB6C875B, 0x0000000, 0x00000007)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDL ED

I haven't had much luck tracking it down via google. If i restart the computer it is usually fine for 3 or 4 days and then it comes up again.

Seems most of these issues began to appear after switching from a geforce 4 4200 to a radeon 9500.

Has anyone had something like this happen or know what i can do to fix it?
