Mobo DOA? Ways to test? [Archive]

I just picked up an AOpen A7KK-8XN mobo on eBay recently in order to use a video card that I picked up (less) recently that seemed to be incompatible with my Asus. I've set it up all, but I can't get the PC to turn on. The board seems to be getting power (indicated by the LED), but the fans and drives don't initialize.

So my question is: Is there any way to test this board to find out what may be wrong with it?

But the PS works fine with my other mobo, think it could be some kinda incompatibility? :huh:
