My grandfather just called me wondering why his scrollbar is acting weird. It used to be when he clicks on an up/down arrow, it would scroll one line, and when he clicked the space between the scrollbar and arrow, it would scroll one page. Now he's saying its 4 lines when he click the arrow and scrolls 2 pages when he clicks the scrollbar. Does anyone know how to adjust this? Thanks.
