I need to get this thing going

Alright, im building a computer.

350Watt Enermex Case PSU
Nforce2 Albatron motherboard (KM18G Pro)

Onboard everything. (Onboard gf4 mx)
40Gig HD western digital
albatron 52x cdrom

First.
-The computer powers up. but it seems to be a maricle to get the moniter to power up with the computer, if you mess around with the voltage switch on the back of the case it will sometimes switch the moniter on. So Im curious how to get the moniter to power up every time with the computer

Second.
-The computer freezes when loading windows xp pro, during the loading screen.
However, it loads fine in safe mode. im thinking this is video related, I have the windows xp drivers for the gf4mx installed, im thinking i need to upgrade those.

but.. I cant even get to that point anymore, I need the moniter to power up.. help.

was this computer built from scratch, or did you attempt to swap your motherboard out and put a new one in without reinstalling windows.

don't know about your first issue though but that voltage switch shouldn't make a difference at all.

DO NOT MESS WITH THE VOLTAGE SWITCH. Just set it to 110 or 220 depending on what country you live in.
