Is there any possible way to remove EFS off of files from another harddrive that you put into your new computer?

If you copied them as the user that encrypted them then they shouldn't be encrypted on the second system (since the user doesn't have a certificate there). If you copied them while they were encrypted (ie as another user) then you are pretty much outta luck unless you put them back on the original system then decrypt them.
