Internet Explorer Crashing

Today, Internet Explorer just started crashing about every 10 minutes on me. My virus scanner is up to date, I ran Spybot and found nothing. I checked under the "View Objects" button you can access from the Temporary Internet Files box, and I can't find anything funny (or new). I know there's some other Folder called Browser Helper Applications or something like that, but for the life of me, I cannot find it. Anyone know where it is?

They're called Browser Help Objects... you can get this program, BHODemon, and it'll list all the BHOs on your IE, and you can disable/uninstall any you wish.
